Superintendent

This role is primarily responsible for managing resources (including subcontractors, vendors, etc.), monitoring project timelines and quality, communicating project statuses, and coordinating with local jurisdictions. The Superintendent is also responsible for safety, health, and environmental compliance resolving job site issues as they arise.

Commercial Carpenter

This role is primarily responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of construction implements including hand tools, heavy and light equipment. They should be comfortable in commercial carpentry and working to a high standard of quality and safety.

Drywall Finisher

This role is responsible for commercial drywall finishing and being proficient with a variety of commercial hand tools and power tools needed for the job. An understanding of the 5 levels of finishing, on-the-job training, and schooling in carpentry are preferred.
