Morgan & Morgan Office Renovation

Morgan and Morgan recently announced the expansion of their practice into Bradenton, Florida with the recent completion of their 7,500 sf space overlooking the Manatee River in the Plaza del Rio office building. The space was constructed by Palmetto Construction of Clearwater, and includes state of the art technology upgrades and modern finishes to create an effective working environment and customer experience.

“When we were asked by the building owner to upgrade and replace the mechanical system for the entire floor as we neared completion, it created some challenges, but Herb Hoffman and his Morgan & Morgan team were true building partners, and worked with us to use it as an opportunity to improve the space further,” stated Palmetto president, Ted Walker. “Having constructed nearly a dozen projects in the building, we knew the building and understood what was necessary to phase the work for a successful finished product.”

Palmetto is a Clearwater based contractor, serving the West Coast and Central regions of Florida, with a special emphasis on interior finishes of occupied facilities. The space was designed by AI Collaborative of Tampa, and the building is managed and leased by Avison Young of Tampa.
