Sterling Payment Executive Suite Renovation

Prior to the Executive Suite Renovation, Palmetto Construction Services had only performed two projects for Sterling Payment Technologies.

Sterling Payment had hired a local architect and solicited bids from several local contractors for the new Executive Floor. The bids came in significantly higher than their budget. Sterling came to Palmetto and asked if they could greatly reduce the scope without compromising the image that was required for their new C-suite office. Palmetto was able to reduce the cost by over $100,000 offering savings ideas through modifications to flooring, ceilings, millwork, glass, doors, HVAC, etc., and still deliver a stately new suite with 8’ doors, coffered ceilings, automatic (Shark Tank) CEO office doors, access control, coffee bar area, and level 5 finished walls throughout.
